Children’s Book Author EVENTS:

Local Maine Author, Karen Richards Toothaker will read her book during Friday Storytime at 10:30 am on September 13th (Say Cheese! A to Z).

Say Cheese! A to Z is an interactive, whimsical, alphabet book that captures the developing curiosity and humor of three to eight-year-olds. Precocious Annabella Tessa Regina, who has her very own camera, takes pictures of what she loves and makes her very own ABC book, which she proclaims to be “The very best picture book ever!” When readers accept her invitation to view her book they will find unexpected photos, each focusing on a letter of the alphabet. The text on each page states the subject of her photo; however, with closer examination, readers will delight in making their own discoveries of the many objects beginning with each letter in the detailed illustrations.
